Who can claim

Any passenger on a qualifying UK departure - including tourists, business travelers, and non-UK residents. Nationality and residence do not limit entitlement.

GBP vs EUR

Amounts are often quoted in euros under EU261; UK cases may be paid in GBP at an equivalent value. Check your booking and airline response.

Limitation periods

How far back you can claim depends on English/Scottish law and routing. Many claims are filed within 6 years in the UK, but earlier is better.
